Body Energy Balancing Body Energy Balancing is my trademark and a healing technique that I feel honored to offer. Over years of practice and hard work I discovered this technique through healing work and meditation as a combination of necessity and practicality. I was taught in traditional hands-on Reiki and Shamballa and many other techniques of energy healing that might be less well known to date but also effective. As I worked with my own and the Universe’s energy over the past 20 years, I was determined to find ways to incorporate touch while maintaining the highest level of safety and comfort for my clients. Knowing the benefits of accessing the Universe’s energy to help others balance their own energy encouraged me to try different methods to get the same great results as traditional hands-on work. By using the principles of body/energy connections and how they wire through the feet and ankles I developed a way to keep the healing effect of touch but also take into account my clients’ optimum comfort. The result? Body Energy Balancing! By meditating and learning about Chakras, Auras, and energy pathways, I understand and apply the best ways to affect your energy. I am able to help align your Chakras, strengthen your Aura and clear your energy pathways, giving a total, all-round Body Energy Balancing for your body, mind and spirit. What you should expect: You will lie down on a massage table, fully clothed and covered with a blanket so you can be as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Gentle, relaxing music will surround you. I will cup your ankles in my hands and start to meditate. You will feel healing energy start moving through your body as you become more and more relaxed. As the energy flows, it will help break up stagnant energy and re-energize your body. Your energy pathways will be cleaned out and your Aura will re-establish itself. Your vibration rate will rise and help clean, repair, and align your Chakras, remove unwanted energies that might be attached to you, and super charge the protective layer of your Aura. This treatment has a cumulative effect because as the days go by after your treatment, and your energetic system is cleaned, cleared and strengthened, it will continue to build off of the renewed energy.
